Our Payment Policy

In this case, the entire amount of the reservation is paid immediately to complete it.
In case of cancellation within more than 30 days from the planned date of arrival, 50% of the amount will be refunded.
In case of cancellation within less than 30 days from the scheduled date of arrival, no amount will be refunded.
E.g. Booking with arrival 15/08 and departure 20/08 if there is a cancellation until 16/07 = refund of 50% of the amount. If there is a cancellation after 16/07, no amount will be refunded.
